Person:
We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Switch, Delta, Electron and Maestro in
person at our London office.
Wire
Transfer (Bank Transfer):
One of the safest and most
straightforward ways to pay is by wire transfer from your
bank. When you place an order, we will send you the details
to complete the payment.

Transfers from the USA, Canada and European Community
A wire transfer takes one to
three business days.
Cheque - UK
only:
We accept cheques drawn on a UK
bank.
Delivery Times
All orders are made according
to customer requirements. At most times of the year,
we aim to deliver within 2 to 4 weeks after receipt of
payment.

UK Shipping:
- Postage and insurance is
UK £6.00. Packages are sent by Royal Mail Special
Delivery.
USA
and Canadian Shipping:
USA Customs Duty:

We
offer the following information for guidance only.
FedEx will arrange for the collection of US Customs Duty
when your parcel enters the USA. This does not usually
involve a delay in delivery. FedEx will invoice you
separately for the duty within six weeks after
delivery. US Customs Duty is 5.5%, plus a
$5 processing fee. The duty and fee are paid by you.
The
duty is outside of our control, but if in doubt, please
e-mail us on information@london-victorian-ring.co.uk
for further information.

and Taxes
Return
Policy
We
want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 10 day return
policy for all items shipped. The 10 day return policy starts from the
day you receive your ring.
If you need to return an item for any
reason, please notify us by e-mail
to receive a return confirmation number and return shipping
instructions. Items must be
returned unworn and in the same packaging as sent. Special orders
and postage and insurance cannot be refunded unless there is an error on the part
of The London Victorian Ring Co.
